Warm-up:
5-10 Minutes of Dynamic Stretching
Bear Crawl/Reverse Bear Crawl
Inch worms with a Push-up at the bottom
Scorpions (alternating) for 10 total
Kneeling Arm Slides to stretch your lats
Standing T-Spine reach/opener
Part 1:
5 Rounds
10 Bent over DB Row (per arm)
5-8 Tempo Push-ups (3-1-0)
Part 2:
12 Minute AMRAP
3-6-9-12... increasing reps by 3 for the duration of the 12 minutes
Single Arm Push Press
Up Downs
DB Snatch
Bear Crawl (use the same distance each round)
