I appreciate you putting this on here, I had some Taekwondo when I was younger, but I had to quit it around the time my father died. I actually got into martial arts, from Power Rangers of all things , because I grew up in the 90s and I'm American, so of course I did. Anyway, thank you, I'm actually trying to get my nieces to get into Taekwondo as well, they have some background in karate.

You may have mentioned this but is this WTF or ITF

WTF. The ITF low block starts with crossed arms.

Not sure what style you do But thats NOT what I was taught nor teach. You didnt even scratch the surface of what the tool is how high the tool is where it stops in reference to what youre blocking. Just stepping and punching is a COMPLEX drill. Me a 6 Dan training for over 20 yrs and I'M STILL being tweaked by my Instructor. This is just my thoughts.

@THE MARTIAL ARTS CHANNEL either it's right or it's wrong... we follow Gen Choi's book who is The FOUNDER of TKD. There is no blocking chamber in Any of of tuls like you are showing. As I said there's ALOT More to just moving your hands and arms that you haven't even touched on things as sign wave, hip movement, eyes, hands, foot, breath control, back before forward.... see just stepping punching or blocking is a COMPLEX move. I've gone to seminars with the Pres of the ITF and spent HRS on just stepping and punching. As far as different styles... well we just call them bastardized styles because they have taken the foundation of True TKD and made changes to it because one or several people didn't like how things were done AND wanted to be different and say it's TKD. Find someone Who trains in Chun Hun you'll be Amazed. Again these are my thoughts and just pointing out what I see AND is Very important if a Tech is to be Affective or not. That's all I'll say on this.
