Thank you so much! That was amazing. I have never had such a precise explanation of how to get Into warrior two and then follow up with a half Moon better than I've ever been able to do. The external rotation prep you gave here was so helpful and it worked for me.

That was absolutely wonderful. It was a lightbulb moment for me to understand positioning of my pelvis and thigh bones! Can't wait for day 3 tomorrow!

That was a juicy hip practice! I tend to have a longer breath out which makes me always fall behind or playing catch up with the practice. It comes natural so I don't want to change it, or shall I use a more shorter breath?
