I live in Albuquerque, and when my father passed, we went to French’s for arrangements. This man handled the passing of my father and helped my family through a very difficult time. He presented himself more professionally than I could ever imagine. He knew what he was talking about, extremely helpful, very personable, and had a very calming personality. Very very pleased with my experience with these guys.

My father inherited a small mortuary in a small town, and before he passed away he asked if I would like to come, and assist him with the daily operations. I said no, because I was afraid of the unknown. This young man is exceptional in breaking everything down to an understandable level. He is so pleasant, and a great consultant for this mortuary. He is truely an asset for this business. Wish I had seen this earlier. I may have changed my mind.

HonRevPTB How exactly is it weird that he's in this line of work? I commend him! Not everyone is into this 'line of work' but many who are actually interested in it, truly care for it. I completely respect that you may not feel that way, that is your own opinion. Death & post mortem care is fascinating, there's no reason to be afraid or disgusted by it, really and truly. We all die! This video exhibits a man who truly loves his profession & I respect that. I think he is very well spoken.

I just want to say that I watched this entire 50 minute video. I was so impressed with the facility and the gentleman guide. He was very sensitive, knowledgeable, and organized. He answered all questions in a careful, sensitive non-offensive manner. I was especially touched by the rocking chair and his explanation of families spending as much time as they want and rocking their baby and also walking around the funeral home holding the baby. That’s so important for the grieving process. Also impressive is the emphasis on what the families want and giving them time and space to have private meetings to talk things out and grieve together initially. I actually cried listening to his comforting words as I could feel the care and love he has for his profession. This was truly amazing. I will no longer be fearful. Thank you so much.

This answered so many questions that I have always wondered about. His patience&respect was wonderful. He was so knowledgable of his craft which showed his dedication to deceased ppl. It would be really nice if ppl wouldn't make comments like " he was well spoken&articulate". Millions of black ppl are EDUCATED&work VERY hard to put away stereotypical epithets etc. So when giving a compliment please stop saying "he/she was well spoken&articulate" that's really a insult to blacks. Caucasians never use THAT term when one of their own speaks. At the end of the day we all bleed the same color of blood. It isn't white or black. Let simply learn to respect each other&learn something new&positive about &EACH OTHER. GREAT VIDEO!
