SPOILERS for Incredibles 2!! I find it funny how the Underminer got away in the 2nd film, but back in the day of the first movie’s release, a video game for the game cube was released where you play as Mr. Incredible and Frozone and together you defeated the Underminer. When I saw that he got away in the 2nd film I thought “I caught you 15 years ago!!”
