Wow! What recommendations would you have for runners? I’m constantly running and notice my toes suffer from it.

Hi Ray, for fungal nail treatments take a look at my other video on the subject kzbin.info/www/bejne/goq3q3yVaLWYrLs But, also for runners try to avoid repetitive micro trauma to the nails on the shoes. Tie laces firmly around the midfoot, and keep around a 1 cm gap between the end of the toes and shoe. Let me know if you have any other questions after watching the video! Thanks for commenting!
