Lovely oleanders. I have a dark red oleander in my backyard. It has grown quite big but only flowers once a year around April that too for few days. Aren’t the dark oleanders supposedto flower all round the year?

Hi madam, agar kaner same colour ke 2 poudhe ek hi gamale mai ( 14 inch ka gamala ) lagaye to chalega kya. Maine nursary se 6 pudhe aur 3 bade gamale laye hai.. Ek gamale mai 2 same colour ke poudhe lagane ka maine socha tha. Please suggest.
