My wife and I just went to Young Dong Korean Tofu the other night for her birthday. It is soooo good! I was full, almost uncomfortably, but at the same time the warmth of the tofu and the rice made it comforting! We put our names (2) on the waiting list of about 10 or more (we thought we'd have to wait and hour), and walked around, but we came back a bit later and we realized they called our names early because they were looking for 2 people, as opposed to a bigger group. So if you go there, be aware of that! We told them, and they immediately seated us, even though there were others waiting (in bigger groups)

Tsukemen is good and salty because of the concentrated broth... but, sometimes at Tsujita LA or Annex, the noodles are too cold and the broth is kinda lukewarm... makes me kinda miss the Ramen with soup, which is piping hot!

I would go to the Wagyu place in Monterey Park but only problem is I got my car bipped there so I need to know if there's a safe parking spot there. I notice in the back area of JJ Cafe there are a bunch of homeless guys on bikes chilling in the corner and I kinda feel they're waiting opportunistically to prey on ppl.

$90 for all that, I had an all you can eat sushi and it came out to be ~$180 for 2 persons and we didn’t have this kind of foods. We had some quality raw fishes, shrimps, and some uni though. I am switching to plants only though.

Eating raw shrimp is fine as long as you've got the requisite time off to nurse a potential food poisoning episode. Phil hasn't aged since his college Wong Fu days in Yellow Fever. Asian don't raisin. "...you squeeze it, you can just see the cream bustin' out." Pause. "You got some cream on your lips, bro." Let's hope it's not the same cream that Andrew squeezed out earlier...
