He is as accurate as his pistol will operate. Pretty dang tight. Dynamic targets are a must, one cheap dynamic target I like is a soda or beer can swinging on fishing line. Tie up your can, swing it and then back up 10 yards and shoot it full of holes. Fun and tactical + cheap.

Either his holster is incorrect for the pistol or he is unfamiliar in it's use. The trigger needs to be completely covered when the firearm is holstered. At 4:39 you can see the molded shape of the trigger guard in the holster, and the pistol sitting about 1-2 inches above where it should be..
