Content Warning - Suicidal Thoughts from Pico _Pico threw himself over the steel fence, slumping down against the metal bars. He looked at his clawed hands, balling them into fists of anger. Pico looked at the gun holstered against his side._ *Would anyone blame him if he pulled the trigger? He couldn't be classified as human anymore. He wrapped his hand around the handle, dragging it against the coat of black tar stained across his entire body.* *As he pressed against the barrel of the gun against the good side of his head, he squeezed his eyes shut, his clawed finger twitching on the trigger as his body began to vibrate. The voices in his head screamed louder, calling him a fool who was rejecting greatness.* "Señor Pico! It is a-spooky month! Why are you s̷t̴r̵e̸s̷s̶e̸d̷?!" *_Huh?_* _Pico opened 'his' eyes, looking at the familiar face of two friendly children. Their smiles were wide, their hands outstretched as they reached out, offering Pico their hands. And for a moment, Pico stretched out 'his' 'hand' to grab on._ _"You AREN'T them"_ _Pico's palm reached into his good eye, tearing the building clump of goop from his pupils and letting it fall to the ground with a wet squelch. Dark blood and pink pus began to cloud his sight, but he could see clearly._ _It wasn't the jolly smiles of two fun-loving children he was staring at, rather the twisted smiles of members of a hivemind. They laughed and laughed, pointing and jeering at Pico's misfortune. Their words were drowned out._ _Pico looked at the gun in his hand. He pointed it at the children, and for a brief moment, the world went silent. He was slumped against the wall of the graveyard-_ *P̴o̸i̸n̵t̶i̴n̸g̸ ̵i̷t̵ ̶a̷t̴ ̶a̷l̸u̴c̴a̸r̴d̶* _Pointing it at two children. Was this what he was going to be like again?
