I also have a 1/18 scale from Jada Toys that were available in CVS. Amazing details on that one.

Thank you very much. I was originally going to do the entire TV theme but I thought it was too much. Adam West was absolutely legendary! Thanks for commenting! Take it easy.

Awesome! My first Batman was the The Batman (2000) Tv show but Adam West was always "Retro" but also the best :D

Thank you! The Batman is one series that I'm not too familiar with but I do think that the Batmobile on that show was AWESOME. Thanks for commenting. Take it easy!

Thank you and thanks again for the smaller version of the '66. I was so torn about taking it out of package when I made this video. I decided to go ahead and do it and then I got another one for my birthday a few days later. Cool little car!

Thank you very much! Sorry it's taken me so long to upload new videos. I started working on another Eaglemoss video and I just got an email saying that my Legion of Collectors box (which has a Batmobile in it) was shipped. Those should be my next two reviews. Hope you like them and thanks for commenting. Good luck with your growing collection!!

Do you think that the Funko Batman and Robin figures would fit inside the Jada Toys 1:18 Batmobile?
@stewmurray477 жыл бұрын
Great to see you back on the 'tube Richard! A perfect review choice given the sad passing of Adam West. I agree, hands down Adam's portrayal is just as important or iconic as ANY of the others and in some cases more so. He WAS Batman for several generations of kids :-) I love the amount of detail Funko squeezed in here despite the slightly more budget price etc. lol at their capes not properly fitting in....I agree that they REALLY should have gone with soft goods capes even if just for this release. Love the comparison between the Eaglemoss and Hot Wheels '66 Batmobiles too. Can't believe the level of detail inside the Eaglemoss one too! I guess I never really looked at it too close. Thanks for sharing as always buddy, looking forward to more reviews as soon as you can manage. (It was a treat listening to that '66 and '89 guitar mashup again too!)

Thanks, buddy! It's just like old times, huh? It's kinda strange that they did not give them cloth capes. I guess it's cheaper to manufacture them this way? All the promo images for the red version at the 2017 SDCC show that Batman figure in the car with it's cape flowing out the back so I guess that's how the intended them to sit in the car. Oh well. Still a very cool set. Thanks again for commenting on the intro music. I can't remember if I told you but I was originally going to only do the '66 TV series music at the beginning. That would have been WAY too long. This version was a fun little arrangement to do. Talk to you soon! Take care.

Cool. Is this true 1:18 scale ? thanks
@LuciusFoxCar7 жыл бұрын
It is closer to 1:24 in scale. I would like to get the Hot Wheels 1:18. If I do, I'll make another video and show them side-by-side. Thanks for watching!

Arkham89 OK. I have 2 different hot wheels 1:18. 1 come with Batman & Robin and other only Batmobile. Love this 66 Batmobile.

Love the review. I missed this when it was released and im thinking if ill get it aftermarket which costs a little higher. Just have 1 question hope you can help. You said its 11 inches long. How wide is it? Getting the answer will make me decide. Thanks.
@LuciusFoxCar2 жыл бұрын
Hey! Sorry about the delay. The widest is in the back at 5 inches. The front end is not quite as wide - about 4 1/2 inches. Hope this helps! Good luck and thanks for watching. 🦇

Hello Friend! I missed your videos, I'm happy to see you keep the reviews. I recently bought all the models of batmobiles of jada toys in 1:24 scale, I really recommend them to you. They are also in 1:43 scale but i do not buy them. Do you have any plans to buy this? Well friend, thanks for the video, a big hug from Argentina, regards!

Hello!! I am thinking about getting the 1:24 scale of the 1966 Batmobile. I have the 1989 in that size and the '66, '89', and BVS in the 1:43 scale. I have not yet picked up the Tumbler. Not sure if I will. The front wheels look too big. I will probably get the 1:43 just because I love the Tumbler. Thank you for commenting and staying with my channel. I always appreciate it. Take care, my friend!

I love this set. No the Batmobile isn’t to scale, but it’s a good cross between show-accurate and fun. People are forgetting the fun factor in toys like this. If the ten year-old us had gotten this set, they would have been in bat-heaven.

Thanks for the interesting review! Sorry, I do not quite understand English, so I use Google translator. We in Russia, few people know about the series in the 1960s. I, like most Soviet children, learned about the existence of Batman after the fall of the communist system in 1991 from Tim Burton's film. Until that moment, I had no opportunity to see the American film freely. But I really like the Batmobile from the series of 60s, so in my collection there are several batmobiles of different scale from the company Hot Wheels.

CAUTION! Some manufacturers' models have opening doors. Do NOT try to climb into the Batmobile, citizens, you risk severely damaging your kneecaps. Remember: Safety first! Holy broken kneecaps!

No I don't I never had Batman toys as a kid, a friend of mine had the Batmobile toy of a random comic based Batman toy line that was out in the early 2000s and that was a weird Batmobile in was a blue rectangle with two seats and Robin could come out and be a motorcycle. I was also going to get the Power Attack Batmobile, with in the week I got my first two figures form that line Mattel made the anosment of it being down scaled into the Batman Unlimited line and I got so annoyed by that that I didn't buy anything else form it.
