Honestly!it’s a little underwhelming because it also has bad damage with how many NG+’s you need to do and how strong enemies get Best advice is only ng+ 1 maybe 2 times then just do a completely NG so you don’t get two shot by the first boss and still have fun and challange yourself

Smashing the celestial court and rewalking journey to the west were in the original plan but they had to cut 12 chapters down to 6. I absolutely want these 2 to be in the DLC. Especially the rewalking journey is extremely relevant to the main story and can be potentially much bigger.

Totally. Wukong's storyline was the best thing in this game. The opening intro was what really got me hooked. His trashtalking was comedy gold, the only thing I anticipated seeing more of, yet didn't.

Rewalking results in a very linear gameplay and there will be no surprises since people who knows the novel knows what's happening next. There will be repeat bosses as well like the black bear one. Secret bosses like fuban are reenactment from the novel when the yellow sage was still a good guy. I feel like having more secret areas bosses and a animated cutscene at the end of each boss fight telling the story would be better sort of like memory fragments from WuKong past that you can visit as the destined one.

In the DLC I want to see the Destined One, now restored as Wukkong, together with Erlang and the Bull King, taking the fight to the celestial court and take on the Jade Emperor. It would be nice if we also get to play as Erlang or the Bull King.

Whatever they decide to do, I hope they do it with the same level of care and attention to detail they had in the base game. I can't tell you how amazing it feels to be in the endgame and not feel like the entire thing is rushed. If anything it drags out just a bit. The bosses were so well done and imaginative, I can't wait to see what comes next. Would love to see a new area similar to how Shadow of the Erdtree was to Elden Ring. I feel like those kinds of DLC work best for games like this. Also, unless it's a time travel segment, I don't think we'll get that minotaur boss fight because that's the model the NPC from chapter 5 has that helps you with the Red Boy's demon carts.

Multiplayer would be cool, having higher max level and more spells/skills to further improve ourselves would be great, having a better foundation to increase our base stats even further and more bosses that needs to be so much harder to beat, seriously after beating the game the first time every boss is too easy now, I beat every boss first try, not even a challenge anymore, that would all be awesome, as well as increasing the amount of will we get from the floating green will orbs around the maps every playthrough-

I really want a "challenge mode" where it can only be unlocked by beating the game basically you can challenge every boss you've beat in story mode. Also a co-op mode like Ghost Of Tsushima Legends would be amazing both the single player and the co-op mode was well received so the fact the Black Myth Wukong is a well crafted game with love and passion i can see the success in this. Just imagine doing survival with friends or story mode co-op it has great potential.

That online multiplayer may not be a PvP one. It may be for the Celestial Palace because it has 100k soldiers. Imagine we have to actually kill all of them and those big bosses can respawn because they are immortal gods. This makes the whole palace a perfect instance where you can repeatedly grind for good gears like an online game. The sheer number of enemies mean the palace maybe very huge place where players must cooperate to clear it out. If players don't cooperate, chances are the bosses and soldiers will keep respawning and you can't even meet Jade Emperor. I think it will be an all out war. As for PvP among players, lore wise it doesn't make sense because Sun Wukong never wishes to see monkeys fighting each other (like in intro Wukong is mad his kind is killed). If the Destined One truly inherits Sun Wukong's will then he will not fight other monkeys including copies of himself.

no to coop (and thats coming from someone, who wishes from devs to bring more coop games to go on adventures with friends seamlessly. because i enjoyed that single player experience. and for the love of buddha, if coop, then definitely NO PVP. especially not like in the souls genre. i hate invasions. i hate the way fromsoft implemented their stupid way of joining a game. it was fun in the old ds games. its not anymore. if they did something like nioh did back then, that would be something id be ready to compromise about. but nothing more. no coop > seamless coop to help a friend out anything else no option... it would spoil the games success...
