I’m actually working on a course for young women, teaching them to defend themselves, first aid, cpr, even how to change a tire! Plus so much more!.. blah blah blah.. I’m a mom with two girls and I know how vulnerable they are, I want to help mothers know that their girl will be ok in the world because she can take care of herself! I want to focus on their self worth and build their self-esteem. Respect their bodies.. Maybe even explore the importance of the credit score and the benefits of saving/investing! My mind won’t stop with the ideas!! I am really finally feeling it.. you know.. IT! That first high! I’m sorry I doubted myself for so long. Doesn’t matter Im here now.. and have lots of work to do tonight! Anyways Thank You Russell.. you’re an inspiration!

Practising self-inquiry. The inner quest to know oneself. Meditation on who am I?
@maddisudha-thePPM Жыл бұрын
My main habit that I started 2 years ago and doing it every single day which massively shifted my life productively is NON-NEGOTIABLE DAILY MORNING ROUTINE between 4AM - 6AM. This set my day, energise me, excites, rejuvenates and made me to focus on what I’m truly after during rest of the day. Completing many difficult tasks before even my side of the world wakes up gives me a fulfilment and satisfaction to compete Me Vs Me.

Excellent vid. Nice to see you after reading a couple of the books. Keep up the good work. I'm totally a fan of the early start, run at 5.30 (listening to audio books), then a peaceful study breakfast with educational videos, which is where this video popped up. :-)

I think you missed the biggest piece of advice that I've ever heard -- get started! One of my mentors told me something I'll never forget. Imperfect action is better than no action at all. I have seen soooo many people who just don't bother to ever start or they quit at the first roadblock. The people who are successful keep going and get things done instead of always saying they need to learn more or chase the next shiny object.
