If everyone does that, that's great. If it is ingrained into your subconscious that doing stuff like this (checking out another woman, keep a facade to impress a woman etc.) is okay, and it's just "Men will be Men", then there's something wrong. Kabhir Singh/Arjun Reddy as movies are perfectly fine. If those characters are taken as role models to justify certain actions - that's wrong. @@monihasnone6137 ​ @Moni Hasnone well, you're saying its kinda ok coz the playing field is not the same, why do you think so? because men are physically stronger? yes we are, but thats not the only point. in today's day n age physical strength is pritty much obsolite, and Personality is more prevalent in this lifestyle. i have male friends who are more feminine then most women today, and female friends who are more masculine than most men today. these feminine men are still physically stronger than those masculine women, but that really does not matter today. Because in a argument or a fight, these men are push-overs, and these women are overly aggressive or demanding. its not really LEVELLING the playing field here, its just plane one-sided today. its not a pressing issue coz, well, who gives a shit about men anyway. LOL

@@pavanbr8060 I think it is easy for men to try and play the victim card, but the general majority of the cases are STILL women being abused and general majority also has men still abusing. As long as that's the case, this kind of retaliation in fantasy world (where the woman overpowers the man for a change) is kind of like leveling the playing field. Now from a man's perspective, I can see how this is dangerous because you losing your power/hold might seem scary. On a different note, if you know of a friend or are yourself abused by your spouse (regardless of gender), you should report and you should distance yourself. Because pain is still pain for all genders equally. And injustice should never be tolerated. Your friends that you are calling pushovers, are they really in that bad of a situation if they listen to their "dominating" girlfriends? If you take out the woman, and place a man in there, do you think the situation seems more like a suggestion than a domination? In that case, you need to change the way you view a "dominating" woman. An independent, strong woman is just as awesome as an independent strong man. That's how it always should be, but because we're all late to the game, an independent strong woman is cooler than the same qualities in a man. And an understanding man is cooler than the same qualities in a woman.

I think it is easy for men to try and play the victim card i think you got it completely backward there moni. coz women dont even have to play victim card, everyone will naturally assume women to be victim and the man must have done something wrong. but the general majority of the cases are STILL women being abused Well, its about time we stopped generalizing right. thats exactly the problem i believe.. any altercation between a man n a women, people think "generally men are abusers, i bet the guy is in the wrong here". i've seen this time and time again.. well, if you want a more famous example, take johnny depp and amber heard case for instance. dangerous because you losing your power/hold might seem scary. "fear of loosing his power or dominance" is a very trivia thing, not dangerous. its DANGEROUS, because in cases when men are getting abused, people will quickly take the women's side without second thoughts. the man here has no help what so even. even his closest broz has nothing to offer but RIDICULE, yeah, men get ridiculed by there fellow men, for getting abused by a women, "what a wimp. what a loser, etc" even if he just mans up, or just out-right snaps, and slaps her or abuse her, people will be like, "ahaaa, i told you he's the abuser, not her", i mean, god fucking damnit, there is just no way out for men in these situation. even THE LAW is on the women's side in these cases. Because pain is still pain for all genders equally Hallelujah.. Thank you. people really need to get this point right here. and about the reporting to authority part, unfortunately like i said, the law is on the women's side. men are guilty until proven innocent. its always an uphill battle for men in these cases. exibit A : johnny depp. you need to change the way you view a "dominating" woman. my example of my "pushover" friends, its not just there girlfriends, some situation were random female strangers, one is his own sister, some are with his female friend etc. what i observed in all of these incidents is, the so called "pushover" guy was more patient, cool-headed, logical, and the female was more hot-headed and abusing(verbally), quite unneccessarily, making wild assumptions and accusations. obviously he's physically stronger, he could have easily OWNED these women in an argument or even physically, but thats not in his nature, he's a gentle man. a little too gentle for my liking but, pushover was a wrong term i used. i think its because women dont have imediate consiquence for such rude behaviour, like men do. its mostly bratty behaviour that was never checked. she had a streak going for years and just took that as "i'm just a badass, i'm unstoppable, i'm a bad-bitch, etc".. imagine a woman walks up to a buff dude and throws water in his face and starts abusing him for no reason. 9 out of 10 time she'll get away with it. a man does that, imediate consiquence.. BAAMM, right in the face. if women had consequences that men have, they're illusion of "badassery" would have ended a long time ago(probably in childhood itself). strong indipendent women are great, just dont mistake obnoxious rude behaviour as strong and independent. this probable got into these women's head because of the "retaliation in fantasy world" that you mentioned. they see this, and think this is how i become strong and independent as a women, among men. aaahh, NO.. your just being an ASSHOLE. man or women, that does not matter, nobody likes an asshole.

@@pavanbr8060 First off, thank you for your reply. Honestly, I think both of us are talking about the same thing. Regardless of gender, abuse should be tried and punished. And don't get me wrong, I don't intend to trivialize men's pain nor the fact that they do, in certain cases, get abused. Unfortunately, I still do believe woman are generally more abused. And you might be right - we might be at a point in time where we can stop giving the woman the benefit of doubt and start treating everyone equally. But because of a history of misjudgment and injustice, I believe we still have a little ways to go. Obnoxious and/or rude behavior should never be tolerated nor should be mistaken for strong and independent. The simplest way to know if the action is right is by simply switching the genders and seeing if see a difference. And all actions (regardless of gender) will be judged and receive due consequence. In court, everyone is innocent until proven guilty - man or woman. A woman can claim she was raped by a man, but you shouldn't be able to condemn a man based on just word. On the same note, you shouldn't humiliate a woman for stepping forward bravely to address an injustice to the society, nor dismiss her without the same said proof.

Because i guess they have been friends for very long n know each other well and do it as a joke not offense. Also I doubt they would tolerate some guy doing 1 of the things in the advert with any woman...or even do it themselves.....v in indian still don't know where to draw the line with jokes and serious actions... we often excuse behaviour of boys saying that "boys will be boys". Whether it's beating a friend as a kid or flirting with women n the street n cat calling as an adult. I'm sure some will say they r told off by family if they cat call...but ask yourself how many women/girls stand on the street comment on the crotch or was of passing boys or men or touching or hurting them? This behaviour is "normalized" in India. Treating women like crap. No1 goes to those boys n tells them to shut up or call the police..the GIRLS r told to take a diff road.
