For today a 10 mental health memes to laugh at my own struggle. Life should be fun even the mental hell we all sometimes struggle with. Going through the memes with a little background in how I deal with it. What are your tools for yourself to deal with your mental health?

Haha. Jepp, humour is a great ressource! The world is such a ... (whatever it us for you :D) place and peole are ... (whatever they are for you :D) that a good amout of humour and nit taking all things to seriously or too personal and sometimes just laugh about it and yourself really can help. I mean, if you are really, really feeling sick or seriously being mentally ill, it won't help and maybe even make you feel worse but its a good "state" to implement while and after recovering. I guess, you could call it 'prevention' also. For me it definitely works aa a ressource. At least the good ones :P. And well, memes are often right on point - if you like the message or not ;). Truth isn't always fun. That's one of many truths 😉. I always do have something else to tell/ comment, but I ll keep it short today. 😊 (One of my always working ressources for anxiety and sadness or depression is nature. Simple but very helpful. Or activity (sport or just having a long and faster walk) and I have to confess I love sweet animal videos/ shorts. I mean the true sweet ones. Its just true for me. It, it always makes me feel better, smile and feeling a connetion to life and warmth inside. I mean animals are the better 'people' ;). I need two cats! In the future 😻). And well yes, social media sucks but for helpful, informative content AND memes and SWEET and funny animal videos I cannot miss it! :)
