3:00 You misunderstood this situation. This was Shaun Murpheys second miss for this shot. The ref therefore had to warn Shaun that, if he misses again he forfeits the frame. He wasn't just going to tell shaun that it was a miss. It was this warning that Shaun didn't want to hear. If the ref fails to give this warning after the second miss, the third miss is does NOT forfeit the game. The ref MUST give that warning after the second miss.
