My daughter had long red hair down to the back of her knee's and got lice at school. I had to go through every hair. And it's thick. It was a very very long process. And when she was 3 she cut a big chunk out of the top. She had one hairstyle for a year. Coming it over and holding it with a Barrett. When she was older, I had to braid it every morning. But she has beautiful hair.

Use “mane and tail” hair detangler. Yes it’s technically made for horses but works wonders on my daughters hair. Also pairing it with the shampoo of the same brand.
