調理道具もきちんと手入れしているからこそ、高菜チャーハンも 中華鍋の上でクルクル回ることに感動しました。（もちろんお姉さんの 手首の返し技が優れていることもあってのことだけど） そして、調理するには充分とはいえないスペースで あれだけの豪華メニューをよく次々だせるものだと思います。 本当にすごいテクニックですね。 これから寒くなってきますので、お体に十分気を付けてくださいね。

I lived in Japan for 16 years, and I missed this, I must return to Japan and eat at two places - Ukai Toriyama again and at these Ladies Yatai! I have never seen a Yatai set up so well!

Michelin is for food snobs. Yatai and street foods all over the world are for real people. Michelin star actually could ruined some of the best street foods (for example in Singapore) because now everyone go there and price increase, they lost the essentials of the street food.

They are sadly part of the disappearing Japan that I love so much. It use to be you could see dozens of such street food sellers anywhere in Japan; good food and good companionship with real people. Not like the cold impersonal eateries that replaced them. When these sisters pass from this life, the world will be a little darker and colder place.
