Karate is not just Karate, it has "do" which means respect. Respect to the art,sensei and everything. Karate begins with respect and ends with respect too. This performance destroys the "do" sense in those childrens' mind.

It doesn't parody the old masters, it's a parody of modern karate which is more like a show (at least what you see on competitions). I take this as a critic to the competitions but also as a demontrastion of pure love to Karate itself.
