2 years later. I now own a 2023 MX-5 RF Manual grey . Sitting it down does improve the look . I don’t really know exactly how to go about that ? Never done it on any car . Suspension yes . Any suggestions would be appreciated.

no idea if youre still looking, but they're definitely volk racing te37, could be "ultra m-spec", "kcr bz edition" or "saga", or regular ones, hard to tell. check rayswheels.co.jp :)

205/45/16 you can see it at 0:57 if you put it to 4k easily readable so its a 16" wheel. Stock tire specs so he just dropped rim size by 1" and dropped the car low enough to reduce the massive stock wheel gap lol

​ @Charley__VM I'd guess 16x7 as the 17s on the ND Club/GT are 17x7. 16x8 would make the tire look stretched if its kept a 205 and it doesn't look stretched at all the sidewall actually sticks out a little past the rim which is good for avoid curb rash. @@carlosvera6780 I found the exact wheel on this car : jhpusa.com/products/volk-racing-te37-sonic-wheels-16x7 It has a +25 offset vs stock +45 so its equivalent to running a 20mm spacer on a stock wheel.

@@davidrodgers1615 These aren't OEM Club side skirts. The winglet is bigger and sticks out from the car here, while on OEM it's tucked close against the body. Very obvious in the driving portion at the 2:35 mark. Also, pausing at 0:47 you can see that the winglet actually appears to be a separate piece entirely. EDIT: Further down in the comments it was mentioned that these are from a BMW M2. They seem to run about $400-600, but I saw a couple of places closer to $200 (not sure if they're cheap knock offs).

Same here mate... loved to get my hand on the specs. Regarding wheels, look at 2:08 frame - it seems like 205/45/r16. Since I wasn't sure if that was r16 or r18 I've searched the Nankang's page and they have no r18 in 205/45 sizes ...and went even a step further to VOLK RACING rims: TE37 KCR BZ EDITION (which comes in r15 and r16 sizes only). Body kit seems close to Mazda's original Aero kit with a different spoiler. Damn what a looker!

@YV Media, I love the mods, I have some of them on my 21 model and will be adding more soon. I'm curious about the ride height on yours. Did you change out the coil overs and do some suspension work? I've been considering doing that on mine but am worried about scraping the front splitter. I saw a different video where a guy changed his wheels and tires and got pretty good results with just that alone. I know your tires and wheels are aftermarket also but when you changed them out had you already lowered the car? If not could you see a difference in the look and stance with the wider wheels and tires? Thanks for the video, it really has inspired me.
