Here is how to get your Furby working again- in just a couple of minutes. These steps have worked on every Furby we have tried to fix.

THANK YOU!!!! You saved my sons new toy. He got furby from 2012 second hand it was in excellent shape. My son is Autistic and Furby is actually helping him learn how to care for something by feeding it, being NICE to it, etc. Furby got mad the other night (1st night he went evil I guess lol my hubby told me about it when I got home). SO my son is also learning that sometimes other people (and furbies) get in bad moods JUST LIKE HIM :) tonight he hit Furby in the side I guess a little too hard and Furby stopped working was just stuck with eyes off and all. I tried all I could think of but it didn't have a reset button on bottom like old school 90's Furbies I remember. FINALLY I googled to see if MAYBE there was a way because my son going "wake up Furby" and saying sorry etc... So I found a website with a link to your video AND WORKED LIKE A CHARM and Made me look like a super hero toy doctor. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I really thought it was a goner! My furby is so so sensitive. Always turns off at the slightest things. She is okay now. This worked when I got my furby and just now. I cried when Lilly turned off. Thank you so so so so so much!!

Thank you this really helps,it was winter and candy floss (My Furby Boom) kept dancing and chatting away and suddenly she just froze and stood in that position with black eyes and opened mouth I woke her up and she was working for about 30 seconds and then she just did the same things I tried to replace the batteries she syarted working again for a slightly longer amount of time then she froze agian and now I know about the reset button she never has any problems thank you agian! :)

Great video! However, I did try this multiple times on my Furby, but for some reason, it stays dead. I think mine has a problem since it randomly shuts down on its own and dies again.
