Furch are seriously the best factory built guitar out there IMO. You cannot get the aesthetics and attention to details at their price point across their entire lineup. I have 3 furch, a red pure, red deluxe cocobolo and a yellow masters choice. They all have a certain purpose but anyone reading this and on the fence about furch. BUY ONE, I’ve never played a more resonate beautifullly voiced guitar in my 25 years as a player. My yellow is my favorite its a grand auditorium with cedar and East Indian rosewood. Furch cedar top guitars are absolutely INSANE. This vintage 2 dsr is my next purchase for sure! Great video BTW

I have the Furch Yellow Master's Choice Gc-CR as well and it's simply beyond incredible!! Beautiful tone, resonance, playability and versatility (I play it both fingerstyle w/o nails and with a flat pick).

I've had my vintage 2d rs-sr for a year now and I'm still in the honeymoon/in-love period with mine. I was playing on buying a $3000 Taylor but after comparing the Martin, Taylor, and Furch I liked the best. If you're in the market, be sure to listen to someone else play them too. This one PROJECTS VOLUME...more than others and more than you can tell while you are playing (location of your ear while it is being played). I fingerpick light and strum fairly hard and mine has no buzzing and yet can finger a clear note almost as easily as an electric. Similar to a Taylor, but mine is just ever so slightly higher action

I just got the exact same one on a trade. Vintage 2 RS SR. The round shoulder with rosewood back and sides makes it just different enough from a D28. It’s a CRAZY guitar. Sounds even better than my Stonebridge G22 cedar top… and that’s saying something

Does Furch make any short scale guitars? I see it as an option but never any such guitars demonstrated. My fretting hand is permenatly wounded so scale needs to be less than 25 inches.

In this video there was waaaaay toooo much talk. I don’t buy guitars by words lacking adequate information, but by the tones my ears hear. I like to hear riffs of different styles of music so I can hear the lows, mids and highs and guitar has to offer. A few seconds of hearing a guitar is not enough to sell me. Therefore, my money goes elsewhere. Thanks guys.
