Excellent assessment but I'll disagree with one thing. Furio fit your description but not so much because he wasn't American as he wasn't personally familiar with anyone. He was new not only to the country but the entire family. Everyone from NJ was in everyone else's face because they'd all known each other all of their lives. Furio was an outsider, new it town and a true employee to boot.
