this is simple, the car boot seller is there to sell items , if the item sells they don't care who to or what the buyer later does with it . And if the re seller sells for a profit all good. Remember the re seller has put time in going to the car boot, buying the item, listing it , packing it and posting it. The item may never sell, always a risk. No one ever stopped the seller researching the items value.
