For anyone who doesn't wish to be filme I have a tip for you, just ask nicely and most people will agree to either avoid filming you or blur you out but smarting off like she did is not the way to go about it at all and if you truly cannot handle being filmed then don't leave the house because we are filming 24\7 these days and there is feck all we can do about it.

I think if someone doesn’t want to be filmed then you should respect that. However, I do think she could’ve handled it better. She could easily have said “can you make sure you don’t film my face” or “concentrate on the stall” something along those lines. But she didn’t she was rude and chased you away from the stall and she lost a potential sale. Boo to her.

Ricky. Please don't take this the wrong way but. How will you get out in the case of a fire? Please for your own sfety, do not pile things up to your garage door unless you have another form of escape. Just saying this because I care and used to be a health and safety at my other job. Now I'm self employed and the health and safety is even more important to me as I go out to work and my wife has a reasonable expectation that I will return home at the end of the day. You should always have at least two means of escape. Having given you my opinion, I just want to say that I love your videos. Keep them up.

My other half took a photo at a dive bar and there were a few teenagers in the photo, they took photos with us in them. I see it as more of a respect issue. She was an older lady, selling at a carboot sale. She didn’t want to be filmed. Which is fair enough. I don't think its that big of a deal for you is it Ricky? If the landowner says you can't film, it's up to them. Your 'right' to film doesn't supercede the llandowners right to say 'no filming'. Think it might need a sign at the entrance saying no filming then everyone knows.

Clearly , its nicked stuff - but yes know your rights.. which you don't. "Where possible, obtain written consent from anyone shown on camera. If an individual is the focus of a particular shot or video then consent is essential. If you have captured an individual in the background of a shot and they are clearly identifiable, you will also need their consent." You need to balance morals with law. If someone asks not to, then don't. But if you can identify her, as you clearly can, then you are in danger of breaching GDPR .
