In fact i have heard you several times mentioning that you have asked on numerous occasions whether M23 are Congolese or Rwandese. And the answer always says M23 are Congolese. Again i hear and appreciate your explanation on the other issues associated with this whole story. Sir, you are over there and more privy to the situation than me situated here in the south, however, here's my 2 cents opinion. Please rise above all else and everybody by leaning more to the side of diplomacy in an effort to calm the situation down. History will remember your attempts in this regard. I urge you to not get exhausted. Make endless attempts to sit down with leaders of your neighbouring countries and drive the understanding into them, if you feel they do not appreciate your neighbourly gestures, that they should own up and take accountability for their respective country's challenges. Sit down with them. Present with evidence, and i don't doubt you have before, what you know as a fact about what is going on. Present what you see as the best solution. Listen to what they put forward as solutions too. Critique their suggestions with honesty. Listen to their criticisms towards you too. Like i said, i don't doubt you have made these moves before many times. But i don't think the spirit of warfare will solve anything at all. You're an experienced fighter and everybody knows that. I sure support you on the security of Rwanda. I understand too that you'll not ask permission from anybody to defend Rwanda. In the same token i urge you to please dedicate these remaining days of your life equipping your portfolio with statesmanship. You'll thank me later. (

The Congo leader was extremely harsh and said that he has already decided to violently destroy Rwanda. He was on TV. It’s on y-tube for everyone to see. He explained how he is going to do it. He never referred to his Rwandan counterpart except through the most vitriolic insults. He was driven strictly by jealous resentment instead of facts. At some point he audibly chocked on his breath while nearly foaming at the mouth. President Kagame had to set the record straight and give that person a chance to think twice before committing any irreparable acts. Of course what you propose is right. It is the best way to move on from this regrettable situation.

Today, it is problems with Uganda, tomorrow, it is problems with Burundi, the next day, it is problems with TZ, then problems with RDC, then problems again with Uganda, then problems again with Burundi, and he just continues his cycle ! In 2015, Kagame's mercinaries tried a coup in Burundi and it failed. He then started supporting a rebel group there. Again claiming ' genocide is happening in Burundi' . It won't be long and Rwandese will find themselves fleeing again ,just because of one man . Paul Kagame.

You said it well Kagame was raised in a refugee camp and had to become a freedom fighter to regain his rights and that of many Rwandans. He stopped a genocide and organized his country.
