To be fair it’s absolutely terrible advice to tell students to allow officers to search their cars, and it’s super rude and inappropriate of a professor to comment on a student being in jail. Other than that the video was great.

Hi Jessica, thanks for your comment. To clarify, this video is intended to be entirely humorous; the comment made by the professor in question was not a true statement about a past student, but rather a joke based on the RMP comment. That past student is not actually imprisoned, and never has been. Also, the RMP comment in question, like many of these comments, was taken out of context and so should be taken with a grain of salt. We're glad you enjoyed the video!

As the saying goes " those who can do, those who cannot teach ". Philosophy, sociology, business studies, journalism and more are pointless degrees. Throughout my long life I have found many lecturers on business and management studies have never had any practical experience in business and commerce. Have never held management positions, many have simply gone from school to uni to lecture. If you've never had practical experience and with success, a proven track record, how the hell can you teach it. Many such students remain at admin status within a company upon graduating. Likes of Alan Sugar didnt build his empire that way. Success is in you, and with on the job practical guidance will either make or break. Lecturers and teachers rarely teach proper and useful subjects anymore, but prefer to indoctrinate, politicise and gender push students and children into their beliefs...this is what fascists and communist run countries do to their kids. Teachers?...bloody useless.
