Pretty sure this stout little desk had its origins in the '70's, so this folk-art flip is spot on! The colors are very reminiscent of blue jeans and the groovy mod patterns from back in the day. It's Ab-Fab!

Oh Andy, this came out so beautifully! I loved the light blue and then fell in love after you put the darker blue on it for such a special appeal. I really thought the darker blue blend made for a very good choice. It softened the color and added a unique color instead of the basic blue you started off with. I had been working in the garden all morning and this was a nice way to relax, watching someone else at work. Seems like the price is right also, considering all the work you put into it. The Decoupage also gave the whole piece a personalized look, adding something other than just a paint effect. Nice to see you back at it.
