We were so excited to partner with Melange on the launch of yet ANOTHER new color! They are killing it with color choices and they’re adding more and more to their pallet almost weekly! You all know I love a good moody blue/black color so I was excited to try this one out! This was also my first time adding legs to a dresser to elevate it off the ground!

Beautiful piece! Maybe you’ve done this already, but if not, I’d love to see how you clean up your brushes and dispose of the chemicals. It’s the part we all hate, and I would love some tips.

I thinks it’s gorgeous the way it is. Don’t overthink all the comments when everyone tells you what you should do. 😒 Sorry that annoys me. You have a great eye for colors and you have proven that you know what you are doing. And by the way....I’ll see you on the flip side. 🤩

I started watching your videos last Friday. I love painting and fixing things around the house and I've redone a few small pieces of furniture for myself but would love to get into larger pieces to flip. Everytime I see an old piece of wood furniture I always picture how I can update it or bring it alive again. Also, seeing you do this has made me feel more normal about being a woman that loves to do this kind of stuff. Thanks for the inspiration!

As always........ Beautiful! One tip on the wall paper: cut the piece about an inch bigger than you need. It gives you something more to hang onto when you trim with your blade.

I love your attention to detail as to cleaning your pieces, repairing them, and reviving them. Not all furniture flippers take this kind of care, even though they usually charge much more than you do . That is the reason I would think twice about purchasing a piece from some of them. Keep up the quality of your work!

It turned out so nice. Some gold wax on the detail woulda made it really pop. Rub & buff is awesome to highlight raised acent areas. I think your right on the flat finish instead of the satin. But we live & learn.

I loved the Harry Potter movies, but I would definitely suggest reading the books first. I started reading the books to my daughter when she was in kindergarten. By the time she was in 3rd grade, she was reading them for herself. The hutch/dresser looks awesome. I think that the satin finish looks nice, but it may be shinier in person. I think that whatever you decide, the piece will sell quickly. You really do quality work.

This is such a beautiful piece! The gold legs are so perfect! I am not sure if you have done it this way before, but just a little tip if you are open to suggestions. If you hold the legs on and just mark the holes, and then take the legs away, it makes it quick and easy to make the pilot holes on the marked spots without the leg being in the way:))
