I pulled out drawers to clean a used dresser from a consignment shop and came up with an envelope that had a graduation card and 350.00 in it. I was able to find the recipient and return the money. She had been looking for it for over a year.

100% agree! You could flip your way to $6k each year, maxing out a Roth IRA every January. I've had a lot of success with the company Vanguard (I'm a school psychologist, not a rep for them in any way). My Roth IRA has averaged at about a 12% rate of return over the last 6 years since I set one up.

Wow!! I’ve been watching your channel for a few months and am always inspired by your projects. My daughter is graduating next month to be a high school history teacher, so she has a lot of debt to pay off. What a blessing this will be to so many throughout the country who will answer the call to educate the youth. On a side note, I just started flipping furniture during COVID and have come to love it. Most of the pieces in my home are pieces that were left in this house by the previous owner that I saw potential in. I don’t have a KZbin channel and have never sold a piece, but I’m almost done with the first thing I’m going to try to make a profit from. Thanks so much for the inspiration and prayers for your continued success. Btw...I literally cried tears of joy at your accomplishing such a huge goal.
