Preachers are horribly mistreated. It's a shame. These kids go to preaching school or college and are wide-eyed and enthusiastic. They enter the churches and see what train wrecks some of them are. Then they find that half the church dislikes them for whatever reason. Many churches are just looking for a young kid out of school because they want to control that preacher. It's a no-win situation.
