These are lies. What happens when you leave Iron in water? Rust. What is the body primarily made of, water. Iron is toxic.

My doctor told me that the iron pills they prescribe are the same that you can buy over the counter in the chemist. Is that true?

Almonds are not a source of B12. Almond milk is sometimes fortified with B12

Artichokes are problematic because all the decent dips for them are iron blockers.

Is there a connection between anemia and vamperic tendencies? Be it physical or psychological? Like a strong desire for medium rare steak or crushed ice cubes to dreams of cannibalism. Perhaps even a subconscious or a subtle introverted desire, almost like a pseudo-sexual jealousy or greed towards those who have healthy or functional blood flow? Or did I just gave a new twist for some Hollywood Movie?

Iron-deficient anemic here. From my personal experience, I don’t chew on ice cubes and I have my steak medium. Other people’s blood flow is different, no envy here. Just hoping mine gets fixed soon
