In this video we will take a look at applying some of the tools we have learned to use to create one of the hard features of a BMW M2 Comp bumper. We will not be modeling the entire bumper, but more focusing on the process and tools needed to work with and refine these types of details.
You can start with this dataset.

And the blueprint images came off the BMW website where you can also find some reference pictures.

In this video we will focus on the process of creating complex geometry by extruding each face. I also plan to cover the process done by G-Endo where we make the big shape of the bumper and refine the layout adding and removing edges. I wanted to cover the extrusion process first since it is a common workflow.
We will focus on Extrude using Edit Form, advance edit form manipulation, inserting and removing edges and points and the general flow control of a shape.
Please let me know if this content is helpful. This kind of detail work takes a long time so I usually focus on the bigger details. Modeling a car with this kind of detail would be 5-10hrs of video and I don't feel like it would be very useful to many people. Maybe a hybrid of timelapse and modeling tips would be best?
