Fusion 360 - How to create 8020 Frames

This workflow is somewhat similar to how frame generators in Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks work. It is a L.O.T more manual, but still better than the usual workflow I've seen many times on the Fusion 360 forum.
Obviously this works with any from of profile and is not limited to 8020 ;-)
