Thank you for your comment! You will learn how to efficiently run your DIY CNC machine and when you do, please share how fulfilling it is. When I learnt (am still learning) how to run a CNC confidently and efficiently, it was very fulfilling. We are happy to share along in your journey :)

These two videos just changed everything for me. I have been being lazy about fixturing in Fusion, but this is the next level I needed.

I've been using this setup for about a year and I can say that I feel extremely confident when I go out to the machine to run my program because I have the identical setup in Fusion 360 as my machine has. I learned about this type of setup a while back but I was always a little confused on the second setup simulating the vise. So I finally inserted a second vise for the bottom setup. Thanks for taking the time for producing some really informative tutorials. Much love and gratitude.

Thank you for the comment and support! Same with me. When I started using vises and even machine tables in my setups, it was a game-changer for me. I also started implementing a standardized WCS. To this day, the new machinist with very little experience has been able to change jaws for several different jobs without any crashes for a few years now. Pretty amazing what can be done with a little knowledge and some awesome software. Thanks again for sticking with us and your encouragement! All the best!
