In your case the fusion canon wasn’t to your liking so you made a new one. In my case I had the fusion canon pull off the peg basically breaking the toy only having out of the box for 15 minutes which I then had to return it and now I don’t even want to buy another Megatron and risk my money on a gamble heck I’m not even going to pick up Earthrise Megatron just because of the siege one.

I don’t know why, but I just can’t love siege Megatron, he’s definitely the best megatron that we’ve had in a while, but there’s just something off about it that prevents me from loving it live ER prime or Cliffjumper

I can probably tell you, now that I've had him a month in: limited articulation; wrists can't even turn, fingers don't open, open holes where the hands fold (earthrise Optimus handles this extremely well) no panels on his hips, A common loose ankle, an uninspired tank mode. Slammer looks more well thought out than Megs. He's not as tall as Galvatron. Still, I like this model, but it needs help.

The back of the canon is a file I made myself and is just glued to the back after removing the treads

I just clicked on this video out of curiousty but I'm happy with Megatron's cannon, the backpack I'm not worried about either, I passed on Seige Prime in favor of Earthrise Op, he needed a few upgrades for his trailer thou I wasn't really digging his blaster, thus I got a 3D printed one which looks more faithful and a lot cooler.

this looks way better then the official cannon but i think he needs a better back cannon since the sword doesn’t match megatron and the cannon thing that came with Soundwave/Soundblaster is too short

I know you removed the treads, meaning Megatron can’t transform, but would the cannon still work for transformation? It doesn’t have a peg on its top meaning the arms can’t combine, but does it still fit between them?

It’s missing the side pegs that keep the siege fusion cannon secure in vehicle mode, so I doubt it
