As far as the giveaway anything is great but honestly the best thing you can give is what you’re already doing, giving knowledge and good tid bits of info. I got you on LinkedIn as well. Love the content

This is GOLD!! Your subs should be in the 10’s of thousands!! Your channel will grow, because you are committed to bringing new content regularly to us, and thank you for that. I’m just about to embark on the world of 4th axis milling in my Syil X7. Have you done a video on basic first time setup for 4th? I have my centre closing vice and stock setup done, and perimeters setup, but I’d like your input on WCS positioning, how to get that done accurately, and getting the first basic tool paths done ? Many thanks Phil.

Another great video! Any reason not to do this by creating a manufacturing model for each setup?
@JITCADCAM7 ай бұрын
Good question! yes cause you cannot utilize continuious rest machining in the setup.
@mattirvin17447 ай бұрын
@@JITCADCAM Ah...this explains why I get the warning "2ndOpFlip (Titanium): Continue Rest Machining: Cannot verify that the stock is transferred from the previous setup for rest machining. Verify that the model selections in both setups are the same." It works fine as long as the origins are correct. I need to start doing it the way you suggest in this video.
