I miss your videos! I have been recovering in PT and have not been able to do pilates for months. We have had to slow everything down and incorporate more days of rest and gentle exercises so I can truly recover from scoliosis. I hope one day I can do your videos again. Until then, I hope you will continue sharing your gifts with the world. Best wishes Hannah
