This was probably the most challenging video on your channel (but as always, also showing easier versions for beginners)! Absolutely loved it! The length of the class is great too. Oh, and the "tap, tap, tap" exercice is the best one (really felt my legs on fire)! You are the best dear Hannah, THANK YOU!

ok m done lets assess ..... this was so so challenging not like 28day social d one but still crazy good ..... now one n only request can we pls pls do similar volumed exercises atleast once or twice a week ...? love this whole fall workout till now.... first 13 mins into main workout n m out of my breath ...... this is rather challenging..... 30 mins more i can do it.... just let me catch my breath
