If you watch closely, we gave age recommendations in the video. The one with fruits can be given starting 7th month, vegetable soup porridge can be give at 8months. Rest of them can be given after 9months. Thanks!

Beans will cause gas in babies so include little by little slowly as baby grows also better to add jeera when making foods like beans. Banana ragi will cause cold in some babies but for some it suits
