hey! you could purchase each herb individually if you don’t want the coloring effects of henna, and replace it with cassia. that’s what i do. however, i will typically do a henna mask/gloss every couple months though for extra strength and i actually enjoy the color effect. 😊 i like cassia since it can be used more frequently and i personally do my ayurvedic treatments biweekly. hope this helps! ✨

@@xxboujeedollfacexx Thanks for this. I am contemplating trying the henna gloss option. It's just that I've never dyed my hair and so I'm really nervous about that.

@@cillab3416 henna glosses are great if you’re just starting out. also, the color deposit is pretty subtle if your hair is darker. it leaves a red tint, almost burgundy, on my hair and it’s really only noticeable in the sun or bright light. another tip, add a tbsp or two of amla powder to your henna mix and it will tone down the red color deposit on your hair and it will combat the curl loosening effect from henna. and it’s great at stimulating follicles and promoting hair growth. amla is bae! i will never go without it in my ayurvedic regimen. 😊
