The Lord led me to your page when I was praying for hair growth. I went from shoulder length to mid-back in less than a year. Your methods are the truth girl! Praise God for you ❤️ *Update! I reached waist length! (First time in my LIFE). Praise Jesus!! I will admit that I had a set back by going to a natural hair salon for a treatment and silk press (their treatment tangled my hair and I lost like half my volume to them combing it out for HOURS 😭 to save my hair). They were all still ooing and ahhing at the remaining hair on my head (was waist length and still looked thick, that’s how amazing Curly Proverbs’ routine made my hair). My current routine is much less involved now only because I don’t really have time. But this routine will get your hair in the place to GROW and be THICK. Then later, you can stop and just retain the length. But I have to go back on this routine when I have time, so that I can get the volume back. 😅 . Next goals are big, manageable volume, then hip length in Jesus name. ❤️🙌🏿

Curly Proverbz I LOVE YOUR HENNA. I guess I just dived right in. I used the mask first and mixed a little too much mix. My hair is not as long as yours so I had a lot left of over and didn't know what to do with it. I hated wasting it. It smells divine and I loved how it covered my grey hairs. My shine and curl is amazing! The second time I did the mask I was better at managing the mix. I moisturize with my fenugreek oil and keep in protective bantu knots unless I go out. I am really hoping to grow length and get my edges back.. I ordered you elixir to try as well. Thanks again.

Thank you for this! I use aloe vera juice to mix my henna and alma powder. It goes on smooth and is very moisturizing. I always use a moisturizing deep conditioner with heat after. I will try the scalp massages from now on along with the tea you suggested.

Big respect for filming at 4am! Any suggestions for sealing oils or butters for super fine curls? Anything but a light cream looks like an oil slick for me! And would you use Cassia instead of henna if you have light hair and don't want to dye it? Huge thanks for what you've shared over the years. I've been using your regimes for 4 months and have increased my hair density by about 30%. I've also slowed or stopped hair greying. Not fixed the alopecia yet, but I'm getting there!

I use 2 TBS of Dry or Fresh Rosemary and Dry Sage with 2 Cups of Distilled water boil. Infuse for the evening. Add Rosemary essential oil and Peppermint essential oil plus maybe a Clove or 2. I keep it in fridge for the week. Just put my bottle in some warm water before I spray my hair everyday. I added some Glycerin just for moisture. You don't have to rinse it out. You can use that as your final rinse as well

@ yes I definitely prefer teas and I cold infuse for several days in the fridge. I’ve narrow my favorite tea to fenugreek infused in aloe juice, very soothing to the scalp. We also use Amla but that is powder mixed with hot water. We use teas once a week as a pre treatment usually overnight. Fenugreek aloe tea and coconut oil or serum for the ends. Amla mask only for 30 minutes prior to washing.
