Love my Futaba 12FG, which I set up with 3 condions. '3D' max deflection, 'high rate' for normal flying and 'low rate' minimal deflection for landings. Thanks to Chip for providing a great alternative setup. Really impressed with the 16SZ's straight forward touch screen layout and the intuitive programming. Chip's insights into advanced programming are also greatly appreciated. Thanks for posting!.

Greg O'Hare. What else changes other than rates.

Great video. Wanted to know how to mix to fly a wing zagi with 18sz?

can you show a video on How to setup 2 ailerons and 2 flaperons total of 4 servos I wish to assign a switch SC as follows: Position 1: All surfaces act as ailerons, all controlled by right stick. Position 2: 2 surfaces act as ailerons (controlled by stick) and 2 surfaces act as flapes (not moving with stick, set at ~15% bank). Position 3: same as pos-2 with different percentage of bank.

Do you go into expo to tell the switch what to do ? Missing some info

Sweet - thanks Chip! Say, I have always wondered about a way to flip from one elevator throw to another automatically in flight for pylon racing - go into a higher end point from pylon 3 down to pylon 1 for more throw around pylon 1, then after pylon 1 go back to a lower elevator end point for rounding 2 & 3 so you can do a full pull there too. Thinking out loud, maybe have the condition on the elevator stick so it automatically changes. (I wouldn't rather avoid activating the condition with a switch to avoid having to flick switches during a race!) Let's see, full pull at 1 would turn the condition off (lower rate for 2 & 3) and full pull again around 2 & 3 would turn it back on to the higher rate. But there would have to be a delay so the condition doesn't change in the middle of the turn. Any advice? I can't be the first guy to think of this right? Thanks!!! Tim

Tim Lampe. Not entirely joking: Take apart your radio, extend the wires of a switch down towards a pedal, use left pedal for conditions and right pedal for rates and mixes.
