Salaam....everytime a video ends I catch myself saying "NoooOOOOoooo" even in my heart (silently). ♥♡♥♡ the most beloved people to the believers are those who draw them closer to Allah. Brother Nouman does just that :) the thing is, humor and practical modern day examples make him relatable to us, and we feel like the lecture is like a conversation. I have read on this whole issue. Honestly the one who started this whole controversy and accusing nouman Ali khan of either devience or ignorance based on some out of context statement about just shows that the one who has done these accusations actually don't know anything about nouman Ali khan. If he had listened to this very lecture he would realize that to entertain the thought that he could be a Quranist is unfounded. Here nouman Ali khan recommends ppl to teach their children Quran, seerah (which comes from hadith) and the sharai' and ahkam of the Deen. Not a statement a Quranist would make. I'm so upset that a famous shaykh would rush in judgment that way. It shows that we are still in a sad state as a Muslim ummah when it comes to adaab. Especially the adaab of ikhtilaf
