Great interview. Greg Lloyd was always one of my all time favorite Steelers. He looked pretty good too and he is right about the HOF selection being a popularity contest. When he was at his peak, Lloyd was one of the best.

It's a crime that this man isn't in the hall of fame yet...this man was a freak and made life miserable for offenses.

Greg Lloyd and Rod Woodson were my favourite Steelers. I doubt Lloyd makes it in to the HoF. Like he said it is a popularity contest and a stat contest. Lloyd only had double digit sacks once. Lloyd forced a lot of fumbles, made a lot of plays and was incredibly aware on the field but that won't get him in. Lloyd will always be remembered by Steeler fans as one of the most intense and best defensive players. Avoid Lloyd!
