Abhi dikat 3 phase me है. मोटर को छोटा बनाने के लिए coil को overlaping winding kiya जाता है. मतलब मोटा माटी आप samajh legeye की apka एक coil भी jala है या काट गया है और आप उसे phechan ले रहे है तो भी आपको पूरा मोटर का rewinding करना होगा. एक coil आप नहीं बदल सकते हैं kuki वो निकले गा नहीं. और 3 phase को jalane के लेय सबसे उत्तम व्यवस्था है star delta starter hai. Jiska connection me problem आने पर 90% technician को connection नहीं samaz me आता है और मोटर जला देता है. और sona pe सुहागा relay malfunctioning me bhi motor जलता है.

Tesla is using that Switched reluctance motor, that's why the hyper, I asked people in the reddit group dedicated to motors, and they said, normal induction motors are going no where, these motors have application in motor cycles and cars. Switched reluctance motor is not even a motor it a round electromagnet that you spin using VFD with encoder & in case of car U can add PM to core to boost its performance

nothing is more efficient than BLDC, Permanent magnet synchronous motor is better than normal Induction motor & 99% efficiency is only achieved by using superconductors no normal motor will reach 99% no matter what U do

I can't help you as I am not an electrical engineer I am a Artist but if U want something meaning full try making a circuit that makes normal induction motor into a generator it can be done without modifying the motor and its used in small scale hydro power plant in few KW range
