The rise of Corporate Housing and return of Company Towns. All workers get a studio apartment next to the Warehouse and hallways monitored by a robot. I have a primary residence but want 2 more properties within the next 5 years before it gets really bad.

Yeah, but I Don’t seriously believe that a 66 year old 70 year old person’s gonna go out and get a mortgage on home. They are not going to be buying new homes! Unless they’re so well off that they can afford to do that and have their working children live with them and just give the house to their kids. But I highly doubt it.😂 I think the aging baby boomers are going to look for comfortable places to live with affordable rent or if you’re going to Florida it’s a small mobile home. 🤔 this little box house sounds like a good alternative to for me possibly. I purchased one of these little box homes and I put it on my piece of land? Maybe it’s smarter that to go out and start buying up some land in rather than putting mobile homes and making a mobile home park per se, will make it a “tiny home park”!🤔 Yes, shared housing is good for the younger people but maybe not so good for the older people or a mixture of both especially between strangers. No I could. I wouldn’t go for that. I would either have to have my own little tiny house like I own my own house now, but to share a house with young strangers? Absolutely not! Young people do not think the same as elderly people, number one, and number two most elderly people are not going to be able to tolerate the young people specially strangers on a daily basis! And then I don’t even think it’s safe! Absolutely, would not fly with me, being an elderly, female! It’s too dangerous. It’s much more safer for someone my age to have stay in a safe apartment where I have my whole own space that I don’t share with anyone that’s not family. As a 62-year-old single female, because my husband passed away recently, for me to share a facility an individual home of some type with some stranger is a no for me. Now to go into a senior citizens apartment, and have my own individual space where I can close my door and there’s nobody there but me that’s fine. When I get to the point where I can’t hardly get up on my own, and I really don’t give a crap anymore I’m just waiting for my time to expire then I guess this would be OK but not with young strangers not with young strangers stealing your identity stealing your money hit you in the head kick you out take your Social Security now this is this is the ha ha ha ha no this is a big failure and that way I can guarantee it! People are not becoming nicer. They are not becoming more caring. They are becoming rotten selfish. I can’t be trusted.
