I admire this man so much. Thank you Dr. Benjamin for so much for sharing your knowledge and helping your followers changing our fixed mindsets. Never before I had seen you dissect your concepts this much. Love your work!

Knowing your books and your work I can see the "missing the little things" part is genuine, I wonder how much of our 20% is hidden in those little things...

Writing to ourselves from the point of view of our future self. Great idea.

Let our future self dictate our present, not our past. Writing a letter to ourselves from future self, that’s interesting. We are either approaching or avoiding. 80/20 rule to 10x results. Love this interview and all books from Dr Benjamin Hardy, just reading Be your future self now, so good. Can’t wait for the new book about time. Thank you ❤

Theres no secret recipe for change 5 minutes isnt enough time to make a significant change in life but enough to properly initiate the action that'll lead to an eventual change...if a person is so anxious about the future maybe meditating would be the way to spend those 5minutes lol...in my honest opinion...great interview and great content.wish interview had more views...

Haven’t actually cried from a sense of potential relief from my past until right now listening to this around 39 minutes in. I can feel a big part of me resisting shedding past pain.
