@Son Gohan Yeah, the murder of love, P machinery and the Chase are my favorites. From a plot standpoint this scene is also perfect. We just had an entire saga showing us how powerful Frieza is, Goku just barely managed to kill him, then Frieza returns in a even more powerful body. This new Super Saiyan appears out of nowhere and kills Frieza with one hit. Great way to show power levels without using numbers. @OWmyDragonballz10 жыл бұрын
Kirby Presley Yamamoto didn't plagiarize anything in Z, only in Kai. Also, Yamamoto was actually layed off, not fired as said in one of the Japan newspapers.
@OWmyDragonballz10 жыл бұрын
Kirby Presley Well if you want to think of it as Plagiarism then fine, but I personally think it's homage. Besides, this is the only song in the entirety of Z that some people complain about. George Lucas's Star Wars opening song was based off of a 50's movie where the beginning part of the music sounds exactly like it yet people don't complain about that. Yamamoto mainly only went too far in Kai. Z's music was completely fine and it was awesome. It's not being "denial" to believe it's homage because it actually makes sense. I also find this video title ironic to our argument we are having now. This is a downgraded version of the actual Broadcast Audio that AnimeMaakuo owns and it sounds so much better in comparison to this one. Someone took website samples and placed it on KZbin all based on the original broadcast claiming it to be theirs, lol. People even go so far as to sell samples and send him death threats.

Kyo Kusanagi because for the most part it’s better and fits dbz way more that that generic ass trumpet ost. Though this scene in of itself completely annihilates anything I’ve seen in the faulconer version
@JOEmega646 жыл бұрын
They really do both have their strengths and weaknesses. This is scene is a fantastic example of when the Japanese music does it right.
@mattcarter17816 жыл бұрын
Death Savage it’s not just that Bruce faulconers score is better. But pretty much anime ost I’ve heard in the past 20 years is better than the Japanese dbz score. The Japanese score not only doesn’t fit dbz, it’s just generally lackluster in every department save a few exceptions like this scene
@mattcarter17816 жыл бұрын
Death Savage nope. You’re just a delusional Weeb and you can’t put down your bias and stop worshipping the bland Japanese score. Lol probably don’t even understand a lick of Japanese. Anyways take it from a guy who appreciates both dubs and subs and actually studied Japanese and Japanese culture, and just accept that most people know the faulconer score is better. Hell the English dbz kai soundtrack and super ost are more similar to faulconers music and those osts are better than the Japanese dbz score

For me, this is the worst death for Frieza. He was at least dying from Goku. However, Goku does not need to always be the hero, and it made the moment more epic.
