There are ultimate weapons and then there are the devil arms which are unique unlike the ultimate "normal" weapons, and you can use these because bonus dungeon & many super bosses are all post game

These ultimate weapons aren’t for players that just want to beat the game. They’re for those who want to play after beating the game (NG+, grinding XP and SP, %100 achievements, etc)

Well 1000 is plenty above the games 2nd best weapon so that's what i plan on doing

Why not go to Elde Menancia on that plain where tgere are many enemies, just shut off your characters from attacking then control the party member you want to level up the devils arms?

It’s been awhile but I am having a problem, the second temple quest isn’t triggering for me and I’m confused on how to start it. Are there previous quests I’m supposed to complete? Or am I supposed to hold off on doing the spirit temple quest until I’m done with other quests? Does the Xbox version have a problem with loading in the quest? I’ve been thinking of possible problems but don’t know the answer to it. Edit: So I found it which is nice, had to press continue on the menu after finishing the game. Didn’t know that so, my B

After creating an account with Bandai Namco, I did go to that address, but apparently it is either only open to those in the UK, or it is shut down, because I got the dreaded 404. I tried it both from my computer and from my PS4. I do appreciate you and the content you present!

You don't have to have the weapons equiped to power them up once you get them.

Do you have to have the Devii Arm equipped to get the boost or just kill with any weapon?

You don’t need them to have them equipped. Each kill during the whole game counts for powering them up.

No but it’s recommended because the levels to get the weapons start at 60 or so and end around 80

Seriously, fuck bandai for this bullshit. The dlc should have been in the store and hey know it. They did it for JP. EU has a seemingly limitless supply (as it's still active) though you have to go through their website garbage and give your information. The U.S., on the other hand, got dicked down and told to swallow. They supplied a limited number of codes for the dlc and shortly after made it impossible for those with the us version to obtain said dlc as they no longer give the codes. It's literally free digital copies for dlc that they have a limitless supply of. Instead they chose to push scarcity and fomo. Now anyone late to it in the U.S. is just screwed out of that extra content. This will be the last tales game I buy. 🤬
